Taking a break from our home-improvement endeavors, we took an overnight road trip to Phoenix to visit the family. Farlan & Shanika hosted a great BBQ! We got to take advantage of the pool, too which was great. Although I found that I don't float as well as I used to!
We spent the night with Hass & Amy. Kenny, Heidi and Forrest were also in town, so it was great to see them too! Special thanks to Kenny for giving up his bed for the night! I found out early that pregnant bellies and air mattresses don't mix.

The Contessa brothers, grilling up some grub! It was a short trip, but so nice to see everyone. The next party is at our place!
