Time Flies

It's hard to believe our little guy is already going on 3 weeks old! Last Monday, Knox's umbilical cord stump fell off.

Ib has been playing the guitar and singing for him before bed time. They both really enjoy this time together.

He is becoming much more alert, and aware of things going on around him.

Vinnie is so good with the baby! Cooper, too. They both have lots of love and kisses to give any time they get close to him. Knox is also curious about the puppies. He gets pretty excited when he sees them.

We've been having some play time throughout the day. He stares intently at the toys and then will reach out and grab them. He hooks his little hand through the ring and then moves it all around. I'd like to think it's intentional, but he probably just gets his hand stuck.

Of course, I can't resist the naptime photos. He is so cute and peaceful when he sleeps!

Last night was the first "real" bath in the tub. Daddy scrubbed him up nicely, and Knox enjoyed every bit of it. He didn't even fuss when we first put him in the water.

Of course, since I was too busy taking pictures instead of drying and getting him dressed, he peed on me and his towel after the bath.

That's OK, though. He is too cute to resist!

Thursday is his 3-week check up. Our little man is growing up so fast!
